Sarah is sweet natured, unflappable and has a incredibly calm and reassuring voice, it didn’t take long for any resistance I had to dissipate and the whole experience ended up being a joy from start to finish.
As a self-confessed control freak, I’ll admit that I was a bit apprehensive upon starting this project as it was the first time I’d ever delegated anything in the running on my little business.
I was particularly happy with the time spent on ensuring that I’d be able to manage things after the project ended. Square Space is indeed user friendly - but only once you know how, so I found the one-on-one time that we spent getting the core operational stuff down extremely valuable.
